Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I have purchased your door on 1-7-2006 which has been fitted to our house and because of this, we are very happy. We sre only two people living in this house. We had gone out of station on 9th October 2006 and we were in Goa on 19-10-2006 when we received a phone call from our neighbour that thieves had tried to break open the door but were not successful. It was at that time that we were confirmed that the Entasafe (Anti theft) door which we have purchased was our right choice. It was at this time that I was really convinced that the Entasafe steel door is really an Anti Theft main door.

The thieves took out the handle and tried to open the door. They had also bent the steel from the bottom (Umbra) and tried to cut the locking but were not successful. They also tried to use many other keys to open the door but were not successful. After this we tried to open the door with the original keys, but could not open the door. We had to call for the expert who had to spend about three hours to seperate the different locking systems by bending the steel sheet and then seperating the different locking systems and only after that we could enter the house. We reached back at home on
24-10-2006 and only after that we did the work of opening the house. Here we would like to inform that though we had received the information of the door being tried to open on 19-10-2006 still we were completely relaxed and confident that nothing has been stolen from inside the house.
